Time In 1122 am <br /> <br />Time Out: 12:00 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: TACO BELL #480 Date: 03/16/2022 <br />Address: 627 N WILSON WAY, STOCKTON 95205 <br />Owner/Operator: PRB MANAGEMENT, LLC Telephone (209) 466-1328 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054741 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE TABLES ARE NOT STURDY, THEY WOBBLE, THE RESTROOMS ARE FILTHY, <br />EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WASHING HANDS OFTEN AND THE WALLS ARE DIRTY. <br />PLEASE EMAIL COMPLAINANT WITH INSPECTION FINDINGS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint Investigation: Met with Ashika Prasad, Manager. Discussed complaint. She was unaware of the complaint. She <br />consented to the inspection. The walls and restrooms were adequately clean. Ashika gave detailed process of staffs training <br />renewal of food handler certification. Discussed employees' hand washing requirements. Reviewed food manager certification <br />as being current for all shifts. Located the loose table in the dining area. Recommended repair of the table. No violation was <br />identified. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
