COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT AFTER HIS WIFE TOOK A <br />COUPLE OF BITES FROM HER FOOD, SHE DISCOVERED A COCKROACH ON HER PLATE. Met with owner of facility and discussed MURO <br />complaint. I was given consent to inspect the premises. I did not observe any of <br />the alleged pests in any of the following: dry storage area, kitchen, floors, and <br />counters. The owner brought out the past months pest control servicing invoices. <br />The facility currently receives service bi-weekly. Advised that if they have sightings <br />of any pests, they can call the pest control company sooner that the regularly <br />scheduled appointments. Unable to verify complaint.
