Went to facility and met with Maria. Observed standing liquid in several areas in the parking lot and
the outside gutters. The water near the storm drain was observed to have soap-like appearance. Maria stated the liquid came
from the washing of the van parked on the east side of the lot. Observed liquid and food waste debris on wet soil outside of
the food truck's line. The line was missing it's cap. Maria notified the owner, Don Rafa and gave him my phone number.
Discussed the complaint with Don Rafa over the phone. Don Rafa reported they are not dumping the mobile food facility's
waste water on the lot because that would give off a foul odor and would attract insects. He said what was on the lot was the
cooling units liquid that was draining onto the lot. He stated they then wash down the surface with Fabuloso All Purpose
Cleaner.
To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured.
FA0022340 C00054789 5C544 04/05/2022
EHD 16-23 Rev 01/07/2021 Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
