Discussed her allegation. Went to Fed restaurant, however it MURO <br />was closed. Called complainant, per her request. et her know I will attempt to go <br />again tomorrow afternoon. <br />04/12/2022 On-site for complaint investigation. Spoke to owner, Jose Galvan. Discussed <br />complaint. Jose stated he was aware of the complaint however he did not see the <br />photos. I showed him the photos of the steak. He said they looked raw. Jose <br />stated that food is made on the order. Steaks can be cooked rare, medium rare, <br />medium well, and well. He believes she ordered medium well, per his chef. He will <br />look into the order and will follow up with the complainant via email, as she has <br />also emailed the business. Unable to verify complaint.
