THE ONLY REASON THE MANAGER IS HAVING THEM CLEAN THEM IS BECAUSE THEIR ANNUAL <br />INSPECTION IS COMING UP. THEY ALSO LEAVE THE BATHROOMS A MESS. COMPLAINANT HAS PHOTOS OF THE <br />FLOOR DRAIN. <br />***PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint investigation. Discussed complaint with assistant manager who consented to the inspection of the floor drains and <br />restrooms. Upon inspection of the floor drains and restrooms. Both the restrooms and floor drains were observed as being <br />cleaned as of this day. The assistant manager stated that she believes the complainant is a former employee who resigned <br />because she was asked to clean floor drain filters and restrooms. I was unable to confirm the alleged complaint. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
