4 <br />SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />Time In: 1:24 pm <br />Time Out: 1:45 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: ORLANDOS Date: 04/25/2022 <br />Address: 18754 E HVVY 26, LINDEN 95236 <br />Owner/Operator: ORLANDO FAMILY LLC Telephone: (209) 887-1100 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: 000054826 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />EMPLOYEE SCOOPING ICE CREAM WITH BARE HANDS WITH A RING ON ONE HAND AND A BANDAGE ON THE <br />OTHER (LEFT INDEX FINGER). <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Arrived at Orlando's for complaint investigation. At the time of my arrival, there were no employees in the ice cream service <br />department. The store owner was called. We discussed the complaint and food codes for jewelry and bandages. Advised that <br />anyone wearing a bandage will be required to wear disposable food grade gloves. The only rings allowed per the California <br />Food Code are wedding bands. Owner stated he would go over the codes with the employees. I was unable to verify the <br />complaint, as no one was working in the ice cream service department. Inspection report was emailed to owner. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
