SAN JOAQUIN <br />N Y <br />GI.COEnt‘'.$ liff)Vij h, <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 12:35 pm <br />Time Out: 1:15 pm <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: LA VICTORIA DELICATESSEN Date: 05/03/2022 <br />Address 1305 E MAIN ST, STOCKTON 95205 <br />Owner/Operator: TORRES, CARMEN Telephone (209) 463-4340 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054852 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANTS PARENTS PURCHASED MASA FOR TAMALES FROM THIS FACILITY IN THE MORNING. <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY ENDED UP FINDING 4-6 COCKROACHES AND NUMEROUS HAIRS INSIDE OF THE <br />MIX. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint Investigation: Met with facility owner. Discussed complaint. Owner was unaware of the complaint and consented <br />that I enter the facility for complaint inspection. I inspected the storage area for dry food, the large mixer which currently had <br />sweet bread dough, tamales masa, floors, counters, sweet bread prep table, and sweet bread self-serve area. I did not <br />observe any of the alleged items in these sites. Inspection report was emailed to facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
