SAN JOAC IN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 1:48 pm <br />Time Out 2:20 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: COUNTRY KITCHEN Date: 05/26/2022 <br />Address: 1327 W LOCKEFORD ST, LODI 95240 <br />Owner/Operator: XENOS, DENNIS T Telephone: (209) 368-6350 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054858 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />HOOD IN THE KITCHEN WAS PAINTED BLACK AND NOW IT'S CHIPPING OFF THE HOOD ONTO THE FOOD. NEW <br />PIPING IN CEILING IS BLOWING PARTICLES INTO THE AIR AND ONTO THE FOOD. THE ICE MAKER IS UP ON <br />BLOCKS AND THE WATER BACKFLOWS INTO THE MACHINE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />I went to the facility and spoke to the owner of the facility (who took over May 15, 2022). <br />I observed a section of the cooking hood that is peeling. <br />Repaint or provide so that surface is smooth, cleanable and non absorbent within 1 week. <br />Facility is not open at this time (Closes at 2pm) <br />I did not observe "New piping in ceiling that is blowing particles into the air and onto the food" at this time. <br />I observed ice maker and did not observe water "back flowing into the machine" <br />Operator to provide an air gap for discharge pipe for ice machine within 1 week. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
