Lathrop Road, Manteca
APN: 21805001,
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate
Loading Study (SSNL) dated 12 September 2022 for the above noted location and has the following
comments for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater treatment
system usage (OWTS) and the potential long-term nitrate loading impact to groundwater from the following
proposed Major Subdivision resulting in ten (10) 2-acre parcels.
Based on the information provided the EHD can make the following findings:
a. Based on the information provided the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
b.
