Scoping Meeting: Rather than conducting an in-person meeting, Executive Order N-80-20 allows local governments to hold meetings via teleconferencing while still meeting state transparency requirements. Therefore, the Project's Scoping Meeting will be held online, through a webinar type format. The Scoping Meeting will involve a presentation about the Project and the environmental review process and schedule. The purpose of the meeting is to facilitate the receipt of written comments about the scope and content of the environmental analysis to be addressed in the draft EIR. No decisions about the Project will be made at the Scoping Meeting.
