Failed to minimize release of a hazardous waste. <br /> IMG 2881 The secondary containment for the aboveground 10,000 gallon diesel tank was filled with <br /> approximately 8 inches of liquid. Diesel fuel was observed leaking from underneath the <br /> tank into the secondary containment. The liquid inside the secondary containment had a <br /> diesel odor. Failed to maintain emergency equipment. <br /> IMG 2876/2878 Two white 5 gallon buckets containing fuel contaminated absorbent were open. The blue <br /> 5 gallon bucket and the 3 white gallon buckets were missing the accumulation start date <br /> and on site too long.
