SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department C Time In: 12:32 pm Time Out: 1:00 pm COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT Name of Facility TACO BELL #34185 Date 06/06/2022 Address: 3714 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON 95212 Owner/Operator: PACIFIC BELLS LLC Telephone: (209) 477-0608 Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054934 Responsible Party Contact: DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: COMPLAINANT STATES EMPLOYEES ARE PUSHING A DUST PAN THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW, SETTING IT ON THE DIRTY GROUND OUTSIDE TO RESET A TIMER, PUSHING IT BACK THROUGH THE DRIV- THRU WINDOW, AND THEN PASSING FOOD THROUGH THE WINDOW TO CUSTOMER'S CARS. COMPLAINANT HAS OBSERVED THIS HAPPENING FOR ABOUT A YEAR, COMPLAINANT STATES THE STORE HAS A SECURITY CAMERA POINTED AT THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW SO THE INSPECTOR CAN WATCH IT HAPPEN ON THE SECURITY VIDEO. VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair OBSERVATIONS: Observed leakage under drive thru soda machine. Per manager they have already scheduled service for the soda machine. Repair leakage within 1 week and clean area. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards. Provide self closing service window and air curtain to keep facility vermin proof. Correct within 2 weeks. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish all clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be kept vermin proof.
