All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The soap dispenser was not dispensing soap at the kitchen 2 comp sink. Provide soap at this sink <br />immediately. <br />The paper towel dispenser in the restroom was empty. Provide paper towel in dispenser today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(t)) <br />#8 Use of Time as a Public Health Control <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed packaged sticky rice on top of service counter, there was no record or documentation for rice. <br />Per employee the rice was made at 10 AM. Discard any remaining sticky rice at 2 PM and provide documentation or time log <br />when using time as the public health control for potentially hazardous foods. Do not exceed 4 hour max hold time. Correct <br />today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, records and <br />documentation must be maintained (114000) <br />#21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The front counter hand sink hot water flow was weak.
