Kaiser Rd., Stockton CA <br /> In accordance with the Employee Housing Act, the employee housing facility noted above <br /> was inspected by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) on April <br /> 1, 2010 and May 13, 2010. During these inspections, violations of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code were observed. <br /> The EHD has recently documented some progress towards correcting the outstanding <br /> violations. However, because corrections to these violations are still ongoing, the EHD has <br /> issued the employee housing facility a Conditional Permit to Operate. This permit is attached <br /> to this letter.
