SAN JOANIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 12:45 pm <br />Time Out: 1:10 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility HULAS Date: 06/15/2022 <br />Address: 2261 JACKSON AVE, ESCALON 953202050 <br />Owner/Operator VICTORINO, ANTHONY Telephone: (209) 838-6349 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054976 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />OWNER AND MANAGER ARE HAVING EMPLOYEES COME TO WORK WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE SICK. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. Al violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Manager is not on site. The cook is the person in charge during my visit. <br />As per person in charge, he is aware of the complaint. He stated that he got covid19 3 weeks ago and the owner let him stay <br />at home till he provided negative test to be able to come back to work. <br />He stated neither the manager or the owner force employee to come to work. <br />I don't observe any sick working employees during my inspection. <br />I informed the person in charge this is a code that they need to comply with.lt is the intent of the Legislature to reduce the <br />likelihood of foodborne disease transmission by preventing any food employee who is suffering from symptoms associated <br />with an acute gastrointestinal illness, or known to be infected with a communicable disease that is transmissible through food, <br />from engaging in the handling of food until the food employee is determined to be free of that illness or disease, or incapable <br />of transmitting the illness or disease through food as specified in this article [CRFC §113949]. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
