VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700. Al violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS No Temperature Data Collected COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS Complaint inspection. Manager is not on site. The cook is the person in charge during my visit. As per person in charge, he is aware of the complaint. He stated that he got covid19 3 weeks ago and the owner let him stay at home till he provided negative test to be able to come back to work. He stated neither the manager or the owner force employee to come to work. I don't observe any sick working employees during my inspection. I informed the person in charge this is a code that they need to comply with.lt is the intent of the Legislature to reduce the likelihood of foodborne disease transmission by preventing any food employee who is suffering from symptoms associated with an acute gastrointestinal illness, or known to be infected with a communicable disease that is transmissible through food, from engaging in the handling of food until the food employee is determined to be free of that illness or disease, or incapable of transmitting the illness or disease through food as specified in this article [CRFC §113949]. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code. If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
