SAN JOAQUIN <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 9:30 am <br />Time Out: 10:12 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: TACO HOUSE Date 06/22/2022 <br />Address: 0 N PERSHING AVE, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054993 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />FOOD TRAILER WITH THE BUSINESS NAME "TACO HOUSE" ON THE CORNER OF PERSHING AND ROSEMARIE <br />NEXT TO A CAR WASH POSSIBLY OPERATING WITHOUT A PERMIT. AT THE END OF THE DAY, THE TRAILER IS <br />PARKED OVERNIGHT AT TACO HOUSE ON WEST LANE <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#49 Facility Operating without a Valid Health Permit <br />OBSERVATIONS: EHD did not have a permit for the Taco House food trailer. Obtain permit from EHD prior to selling food <br />to public from trailer. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: A food facility shall not be open for business without a valid permit. (114067(b) & (c), 114381 (a), 114381.2, <br />114387) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint Inspection. <br />Manager was not aware of complaint. <br />Observed Taco House trailer LIC 4TJ6805 parked in front of Taco House facility at 5066 West Ln, Stockton. <br />Per phone conversation with manager Lupe Valencia the trailer is only used for special events/catering. Said that the most <br />recent event was at a car show. <br />Per complainant the trailer was selling food to public near car wash location regularly in the evening. <br />Cease and desist operating food trailer until permit from EHD is obtained. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
