SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK AS SHE WAS CLEARLY SICK ACCORDING TO COMPLAINANT. <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES EMPLOYEE CONTINUED TO SNEEZE AN ADDITIONAL 4-5 TIMES WITHOUT COVERING HER MOUTH OR PUTTING <br />ON A MASK AFTER CUSTOMERS REQUESTED THIS WHILE COOKING FOOD. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE SAME EMPLOYEE WAS ALSO <br />SPITTING WHILE TALKING OVER A MEAL. She states that she was aware of the <br /> LINHARES <br />complaint and that the employee in question was not sick, but was suffering from <br />allergies. Manager states that employees are instructed to go to the back of the <br />house to sneeze, then wash their hands and put on new gloves. <br />06/30/2022 Emailed the complainant the findings of the complaint investigation.
