SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 11:43 am <br />Time Out: 12:20 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: TIWANA & SONS INC DBA SUBWAY # 15879 Date 07/12/2022 <br />Address: 4410 E WATERLOO RD, STOCKTON 95215 <br />Owner/Operator: TIWANA & SONS INC Telephone (209) 482-2580 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055019 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT IT SMELLS LIKE RAW SEWAGE OR A DEAD ANIMAL IN AND AROUND SUBWAY <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />On site for complaint investigation. Discussed complaint with shift lead regarding the alleged smell. Shift lead reported that a <br />complaint was not made to the facility regarding the smell. None of the alleged odors were observed inside or outside the <br />facility.
