COMPLAINANT STATES IT <br />SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE AND DECIDED TO LEAVE. COMPLAINANT STATES FEELING ILL A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER LEAVING. Nature of complaint: Strong odor of LINHARES <br />sewage. Complainant is concerned the facility is fixing it while remaining open. <br />Inspection report e-mailed to ogcatering1582@olivegarden.com Awaiting follow-up <br />from facility. <br />07/05/2022 Called complainant Renee (925-605-9152) to inform her of Friday's investigation LINHARES <br />findings. I let her know I am awaiting a follow-up from the facility. <br />07/07/2022 Called facility (209-835-9926) to follow-up (since no contact has been made by the LINHARES <br />facility to me). Per Culinary Manger, there was an issue with the facility's make up <br />air. There was no make up air. This issue has been resolved. Per Culinary <br />Manager, when the sewer line was scoped (put a camera down the line), no <br />abnormalities were found. In the process, it was discovered that one of the toilets <br />in one of the restrooms was loose. The needed part to repair the toilet was <br />ordered, received yesterday (7-6-22) and repaired today. Complaint abated this <br />date. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 1
