Missing information: <br />- Internal Roads <br />- Loading Area <br />- Storm & Sewer drains <br />- Emergency shut offs <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br />If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CFRS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for epproval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />7 <br />HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking. The following informa:ion was missing: <br />- Section C3: incorrect CUPA number <br />- Section H was left blank <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response pro;edures for a <br />release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />- immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />- procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential ha -m or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CE:RS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for epproval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were two violations during the <br />inspection. All violations have been corrected on site. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign.
