Re' er to this section <br />and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br />within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action <br />statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Depa-tment (EHD) <br />within 30 days. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 2/26/2022 . <br />Waste streams found: <br />- Drained oil metal filters <br />- Used Paper filters <br />- Contaminated oily rags <br />- Used oil <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at 1=HD hourly rate <br />($152).
