PROJECT/TASK INFORMATION <br /> TASK: Destruction of damaged monitoring wells and installation and development of new replacement monitoring wells <br /> Project Name: GSH Stockton Phytoremediation System Project Number/Org: TR0712/Org.8135 <br /> Project Address: 1904 West Charter Way,Stockton,California <br /> Description of Task& Four soil vapor probes([SVPs]2-5'bgs and 2-10'bgs)will be installed at the subject site.Prior to start of field work, <br /> Worksite: Geosyntec will notify USA811 and will also contract a private utility locator to pre-clear all drilling locations. For the two <br /> SVPs set at 5'bgs,hand augering will be used to reach the terminal depth. For the two 10'bgs SVPs,the first five-feet <br /> of soil will be hand augered,and then a DPT rig will be used to collect a continuous core from 5'to 10'bgs,for visual <br /> logging by Geosyntec. Once terminal depths are reached,the SVPs will be installed per the Work Plan. All field work <br /> will be performed under Geosyntec supervision and Geosyntec staff will perform air monitoring during all intrusive <br /> subsurface work.
