ONE: All that real property being all of Parcel "A" as per the Parcel Map filed December 31, 1981, in Volume 10 of Parcel Maps at Page 187, San Joaquin County Records, and lying in Section twenty eight (28) of the C.M. Weber Grant, in the City of Stockton, County of San Joaquin, State of California, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of said Parcel "A", said point being on the present Westerly line of 116.00 foot wide West Lane (61.00 feet West of centerline) and thence leaving the Westerly line of said West Lane South 730 05' West along the Southerly line of said Parcel "A" and along the Northerly line of Parcel "B" of said Parcel Map 180.00 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Parcel "A", said point being on the most Easterly line of Parcel "L" of said Parcel Map; thence North 161, 55' West along the Westerly line of said Parcel "A" and along the most Easterly line of said Parcel "L", a distance of 180.00 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Parcel "A" and the Northeasterly corner of said Parcel "L", said point being on the present Southerly line of 117.00 foot wide March Lane (62.00 feet South of centerline); thence North 730 05' East along the Northerly line of said Parcel "A" and along the Southerly line of said March Lane, a distance of 149.47 feet to a Northerly corner of said Parcel "A" and to the present Southerly line of the intersection of said March Lane at West Lane; thence South 620 28' 45" East along the Southerly line of said intersection and along a Northerly line of said Parcel "A", a distance of 38.55 feet to the present Westerly line of said West Lane and to a Northerly corner of said Parcel "A"; thence South 180 02' 03" East along the present Westerly line of said West Lane and along the Easterly line of said Parcel "A", a distance of 153.04 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Parcel "A" and the point of beginning.
