It will
be transported by a licensed waste hauler, and disposed of at an approved facility.
Report Preparation
Upon completion of the well destruction activities, a summary report will be prepared that will include a
description of well destruction field activities associated with the site, including records of waste
disposal. Well Completion/Destruction Reports will be submitted to the Department of Water Resources
by the drilling company.
SCHEDULE
Atlas will notify the SJCEHD prior to commencement of field activities to arrange for inspection.
If you have questions or comments regarding this project, please contact our office at (209) 579-2221.
Respectfully submitted,
Atlas Technical Consultants LLC
John Sellman Jeanne Homsey, P.E.
Staff Geologist CA Professional Engineer No. 47410
cc: Ms. Lori Toccoli
QpFESS/py
Attachments Qc,O JEANNE f
S -A-
004741 0
A-C047410 m
Exp.1Z t znz3 t
CIVIL aQ
lF
0F CpQ1
