Alan Lee (Manager) unaware of complaint. BAKER <br />Men's and women's restrooms were clean at the time of the inspection. The <br />women's restroom lacked soap in the dispenser. This was corrected on site. Both <br />restrooms were observed with a lot of graffiti. <br />No major violations. <br />Discussed report with Alan Lee (Manager).
