SAKAAQUIN <br />--COUNTY <br />r <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 2:02 pm <br /> <br />Time Out: 2:48 Dm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: C & F MARKET Date: 09/08/2022 <br />Address: 419 S WALKER LN, STOCKTON 95215 <br />Owner/Operator: SINGH, MANBIR Telephone: (209) 300-3488 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055194 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />FACILITY HAS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS THAT OVERLOADS THE BREAKERS AND THE POWER GOES OUT OFTEN. <br />ALSO THERE IS AN INDIVIDUAL LIVING IN THE MARKET. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint investigation. Went to facility. Spoke to manager who called market owner. Spoke to owner on the phone and <br />discussed complaint. Owner is not aware of the power going out and consented that I inspect the premises. Manager on-site <br />reported that no one lives at the facility and that they do not have any electrical issues. No power outage occurred during the <br />duration of complaint investigation. Did not observe living quarters on the premises. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
