EI Dorado St. <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />City of Stockton: <br />The Sacramento and San Joaquin Drainage District (SSJDD), acting by and through the <br />Central Valley Flood Protection Board (Board) of the State of California, is requesting a <br />Temporary Entry Permit from the City of Stockton for the property identified as <br />Assessor's Parcel No(s). 163-340-100,163-340-060,163-020-330,163-070-250, <br />163-070-360,175-070-080 and 165-280-400. in San Joaquin County, as shown on the <br />enclosed map. <br />The purpose of this permit is to allow the Board's officers, employees, agents, and <br />persons under contract to enter with all necessary equipment for the purposes of <br />performing biological, cultural, geotechnical, topographical and right-of-way survey, and <br />for such other incidental purposes as may be required. <br />If you agree to the terms, conditions, and provisions of the enclosed permit; please sign <br />and return them to me. You may also return your signed permit to the San Joaquin Area <br />Flood Control Agency.
