COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 2:59 pm <br /> 2:21 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: SUNS GARDEN Date: 09/29/2022 <br />Address: 721 E CHARTER WAY, STOCKTON 95206 <br />Owner/Operator: LI, BEN Telephone: (209) 463-0751 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055244 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ORDERED A DINNER PLATE WITH VEGETABLES, RICE, CHOW MEIN, SWEET & SOUR PORK, AND <br />FRIED CHICKEN. WHILE EATING, THEY DISCOVERED A COCKROACH IN THEIR FOOD. PICTURE ATTACHED. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On-site for complaint investigation. Discussed complaint with owner and was granted access to inspect facility. Inspected all <br />food prep, storage, and service areas. No live cockroaches were observed. Inspection report was emailed to operator. To <br />minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
