Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand wash sinks in the men and women's restrooms exceeded 108 F. Adjust the hand wash sink <br />water temperature to maintain 100 - 108 F as they are non-adjustable faucets. Correct today. The men's restroom and left <br />side hand sink of the women's restroom were corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #52 Ice build up on tank/cylinder <br />OBSERVATIONS: Ice accumulation was observed at the top of the carbon dioxide tank. Per Maria Sanchez (Manager) it <br />happens when the soda syrup boxes are empty. Ice formation is an indication of a possible leak in the system.
