RAMIREZ <br />Major violation. <br />Re-inspection need. <br />Pool is closed. <br />When I was at the facility conducting the compliant investigation several of the <br />tenants were inquiring about the pool. <br />I was notified that Lodi Property Management is the owner of the facility. <br />I contacted Lodi Property management at 209-368-5554 and spoke with Susie. <br />Per Susie she is aware of the status of the pool. <br />She has spoken with the pool service person approximately 14 days ago and was <br />told that there is a part that is on order to fix the pool. <br />Susie has made several calls to the pool service person and there have been no <br />return phone calls and the pool service person has quit, <br />Susie has since contacted 2 other pool service companies and says one company <br />will be out today to the property for a bid. <br />I let Susie know that she is to contact me so I can conduct the re <br />inspection/routine once the situation is resolved. <br />I also let her know that I will not be in the office this Friday and she can contact the <br />main phone number if she is ready for inspection. <br />06/08/2022 I received a call from the property manager, Susie, who says she thinks the pool is RAMIREZ <br />ready for inspection to open. <br />Per Susie the pool is not green anymore and is blue. <br />I let her know that if I conduct the routine inspection and pool is cloudy I may have <br />to conduct a chargeable re-inspection. <br />She said she would call me once the pool clears up. <br />I received a call from a tenant saying the pool is green two days ago. <br />I let him know that I am working with the property management and per the <br />property management the pool is no longer green. The tenant said that is possible <br />as he has not seen the pool today. <br />06/15/2022 I received a call from the complainant (duplicate compliant C00054956) saying RAMIREZ <br />that the pool is drained but it is still a health hazard because there is 3-4feet of <br />green water in the deep end of the pool. <br />I called the property management to get an update. <br />Per the property management I was to received a call from the pool service to let <br />me know what is happening with the pool. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 2
