SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />C <br /> — y <br />Time In: 10:51 am <br />Time Out: 11:10 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility WESTWOOD VILLAGE APARTMENTS Date: 06/17/2022 <br />Address: 1212W CENTER ST, MANTECA 95337 <br />Owner/Operator: HENSLEY PROPERTIES LP Telephone: (209) 239-1600 <br />Program Element: 3600 - RECREATIONAL HEALTH PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054975 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE OWNERS HERE ARE HAVING A HARD TIME MAINTAINING THE POOL. THE WATER <br />IS ALWAYS CLOUDY/MILKY, COMPLAINANT ALLEGES IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING EVERY SUMMER SINCE THE <br />CURRENT OWNERS TOOK OVER. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per person in charge, he is not aware of the complaint. Pool was closed for maintenance. Maintenance company is on site <br />during my inspection. <br />Pool water is not cloudy or milky. Pool water is clear. I could see the floor drains. I checked the free chlorine is at 4.8 ppm <br />and pH is at 7.6. I informed them that pool can be re opened as no major violations identified for closure. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
