Can be readily identified by hollow <br /> tubes projecting from the body of the microorganism which are used for <br /> feeding. Has a projecting stem for attachment to any solid particles. <br /> Medium in size (50-100 microns) <br /> Rotifers <br /> Have flexible bodies with cilia present around the mouth for food <br /> intake and a means of movement.
