Resident (Tiffany) refused to allow inspection on property. Asked I WONG <br />called to schedule ahead (1415-568-5566). Spoke to complainant (Jordan); he <br />stated complainee has connected RV via underground pipe in trench to existing <br />septic system with no permit. The trench has since been buried. He stated the <br />excavation was done by a company "Sweet Pea". I told him I was unable to get on <br />the property and I couldn't verify it from public right of way. Jordan agreed to allow <br />me on his property which neighbors the complainee tomorrow. <br />10/10/2018 Beth 11548. Verified connection of RV to underground apparatus via photo from <br />vantage point of neighbor property (complainant Jordan's mother, and Amanda <br />who's Jordan's wife are on site)13414 Tokay Colony. There is no license plate on <br />the RV, and there is a recently covered trench line on the lawn running from the <br />RV toward the house, which may be indicative of the illegal repair connection to <br />the septic as the complainant referenced. Called Tiffany but no one answered; <br />left voice mail. Observed a gentleman coming in and out of the RV, but refused to <br />talk to me, only that and told me to go away. I tried to gain entrance but no one <br />answer at the gate this time. During the time when I was at complainant property <br />and on public road, the complainee (man and woman) are aware of me and <br />Jordan's family's presence as they observed us, and also drove by us a few times. <br />I told Amanda I will keep complainant information confidential best I can, but <br />Amanda told me they had already warned their neighbor about making a <br />complaint. Issued NAI to be mailed by certified letter. <br />10/11/2018 Beth 11548. Called Sweet Pea per Tiffany's insistence. Scheduled inspection <br />10/24 at 11am. Spoke to Tiffany at least last night when she called after 530pm. <br />She kept insisting no one is living in the RV and it is not hooked up. Told her I <br />need to verify that in an inspection. Tiffany stated she's not the property owner but <br />her mother is.
