Spoke to Shiny complainant: 1) surfacing water at leach field WONG <br />behind the large propane tank; 2) work was done (piping installed) but no permit <br />found, 3) if it's run off from water well, may indicate issues with well / SPWS. <br />Discussed and delegated to Nassem and Sukhreet. <br />02/21/2019 14444W. Hwy 12. Arrived at the site Tower Park Marina and observed set of Sch AHMED <br />40 perforated pipe running along the leach field from north of leach field to the <br />south of leach field. See attached photos. Met Neil who did not want to share more <br />personal information who claim to be the president of little potato slough water <br />company which provides potable water to the tower park. According to Niel the <br />work was done under water board approval. I called Brendan Kenny at state water <br />board and informed him of the situation. Brendan asked for few photos which I <br />shared with him. He said he will get back to me to determine if there is an <br />violation. <br />02/22/2019 Complaint follow up with Brendan Kenny. Helped Brendan Kenny on where on the AHMED <br />leach field work was done. Talked about Notice of Applicability for Tower Park <br />Marina. <br />02/25/2019 Received email from Brendan Kenny from water board. According to Kenny he AHMED <br />went and did his investigation on 2/25/2018 at the tower park. He submitted his <br />report to the his supervisors. Once he get the report he will email it to me. <br />03/04/2019 Discussed complaint with Micheal Kith. There is a modification to system without AHMED <br />permit. However since this site is regulated by the waterboard EHD is not sure <br />how much leverage EHD has. Per Mr. Kith he will let me know whether so sent a <br />NTA. Waiting for Mr. Kith direction. <br />03/04/2019 Called Shirley Sorbet the complainant 480-838-5050 and gave her updated on the AHMED <br />complaint. <br />07/13/2022 Highway 12 14444.
