Delegated case to Sukhreet while she's still in field. WONG <br />02/21/2019 I went to the site. I talked to Patricia and her daughter Jennifer. Jennifer translated KAU R <br />for me because Patricia mainly specked spanish. They showed pictures of sewage <br />coming out of the bath tub which was two days ago. She also mentioned that her <br />toilet backs up and leaks from the bottom so she has to constantly sweep the <br />floor. According to her, the owner had someone pump out the sewage from the <br />tank and clean the clean out but it not help the issue. She told me that the clean <br />out stuff was just left in her backyard. Although, I did not see anything. She said <br />that the owner is not complying. The owner told them to find a new house becuase <br />she does not have time to help them. <br />02/22/2019 I talked to Jeff Wong about the complaint and he told me to give a call to the <br />owner to let them know that if we go out there next time a observe surfacing <br />sewage we will have to bill them. <br />I asked Yvonne M. to call the tennant and the owner becuase they speak spanish. <br />Omran told me to also check with them if there are further issues in the house <br />becuase it could be a possible substandard housing case. <br />02/26/2019 25583 N HVVY 99 I talked to Yvonne and she told me that she left complainant a <br />voice mail last week and tried to call again this week regarding the comaplaint. <br />She said we will try to follow up again by the end of the week. <br />04/24/2019 Abated the complaint under code 08. The complainant wanted to wait before <br />abating the complaint because she to make sure the sewage back up in her toilet <br />and bath tub does not occur aain. (I did not observe any sewage when I went out <br />for inspection). Yvonne helped me with this complaint becuase she communicated <br />with complainant in Spanish. Yvonne told me that the complainant was evicted <br />from that house and she has moved to Stockton.
