I observed a hose KAUR <br />going into the septic tank. When I asked him to pull it out it turned out to be a <br />submersible pump. It went all the way into the ditch in front of his house (running <br />parallel to jack Tone Rd) He mentioned that due to rain water, his tank overflowed. <br />I issued him a notice to abate. <br />05/23/2019 Victor A. helped me with translation. He called Carlos and explained him about the KAUR <br />notice to abate. <br />07/22/2019 12802 N Jack Tone-- Discussed this complaint with Jeff Wong, he wants me to do KAUR <br />a follow up before abating the complaint. <br />08/01/2022 Highway 12 14444.
