THE OCCUPANTS THROW USED TOILET <br />PAPER INTO THE TRASH CAN, THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM HAS MOLD IN THE CLOSET, THEY ARE RUNNING CORDS THROUGHOUT THE <br />HOUSE FOR ELECTRICITY, AND FRONT PORCH IS FALLING APART. <br />PROPERTY INFORMATION <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date <br />09/29/2020 Smith 15953. Brief review. Assigned case to Aaron; recommended checking with <br />Housing before going out, but can wait till tomorrow if he cannot get it started <br />today. <br />Drove by site, it is gated, will try to set up inspection with property owner to see <br />septic system. <br />Field inspection to verify septic complaint. I called before inspection and made <br />appointment with Leo. <br />He informed that he has had multiple phone calls from other government agencies <br />regarding unsafe living conditions on the property including Child Protection <br />Services. <br />I informed him property owner that I was calling about the sewage discharge onto <br />land, and mold in bedroom closet. <br />I was able to verify that a liquid waste was bring discharged in an unauthorized <br />manner onto the land. The owner told me the waste water is from the washing <br />machine and not toilet. From my observation the waste water did not have a foul <br />odor like black water does. <br />11/30/2020 Reviewed complaint with Michael, will issue notice to abate for septic and <br />transfered complaint to housing unit. <br />12/01/2020 Reviewed the complaint and called the complainant. The complainant did not <br />answer so I left a message. <br />The complainant called me back and confirmed the conditions mentioned in the <br />complaint. She stated that the elderly owners live in the home and that she was <br />hoping that we might help push them into fixing up the property. <br />10/01/2020 Complainent is the grand-daughter of the property owners. When I arrived at the property the gate was locked.
