I would like to let you know that we will start charging all time <br />we spend related to the property such as driving time, on site visits, time doing paperwork and anything related to the <br />property effective January 11, 2022 as I mentioned on my last visit. The surfacing sewage is an active issue in the park. <br />Please have the owner comply with the following violations: <br />Clean and disinfect ALL surfacing sewage from the park, not limited to Row #1 immediately and provide photos <br />Hire a professional septic company to determine which leach lines are damaged and provide a copy of the <br />receipt with details of the issues. <br />Obtain permit to conduct work repair or replacement on the septic system from Environmental Health <br />Department <br />Once permit is finalized, we will abate the complaint. <br />Thank you, <br />ACcCara Salinas <br />Environmental- Health Specialist <br />San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department <br />Tel.
