Sewage surfaced out of manhole and entered the <br />strom drain. Strom drain lead to stones park west lake. The release was stopped and good amount of release was <br />contained. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />City of stockton conducted cleanup. Bryan Toledo from city of stockton stated the released did not make it to stone park west <br />The release has been contained and cleaned up. <br />Conducted site visit. Did not observe release at the location of manhole nor around the vicinity. <br />Complained abated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
