Susan Kaza came in to the counter. We updated the complaint WONG <br />address in Envision as it had been entered in error as 2090 back in 2015, when it <br />should have been 2909. 2909 also matches with Mike Escotto's note of when he <br />met the property manager in 2015, spoke to the same owner Susan Kaza, and <br />also the APN. Told Susan the well Mike saw is not the well in the well shed I saw <br />from the road side last year (as I could not enter the property), as this well was <br />also the same well Mike E. saw when the pump was being replaced, but a well <br />Mike found in the field, which Susan Kaza also confirmed there is one. I told her I <br />cannot issue an Out of Service permit until I'm sure it is productive, especially <br />since she is planning on selling the property. I told her Out of Service is issued <br />when there is plan to bring it back into service, not just a delay tactic. Told her I <br />will not remove the charge unless that is addressed, but otherwise it will be <br />chargable. <br />03/20/2020 Pock 2090. Mackella from Acct asked if we should process the $30 owner sent in WONG <br />for the complaint. I told her yes since the owner Susan Kaza still has not met our <br />requirement to either destroy the well by pulling a permit, or demonstrate that it is <br />viable so an out of service permit can be pulled since the last time we talked. <br />08/01/2022 Pock 2909. Non billed. Called Jeff Hachman the mgr and he confirmed the <br />property has been sold so it no longer belongs to Susan; there's someone living <br />on property but they are not the owner. Issued 2nd NAI to property address since <br />that's what's listed on parcel viewer and couldn't find any difference on permit plus. <br />( BILLABLE TIME removed retroactively) <br />WONG <br />08/02/2022 SENT CERTIFIED MAIL OF COMPLAINT WELL NTA COPY WITH COPIES OF SOK <br />PICTURE TO: <br />MICHAEL BAZLEY <br />2909 POCK LN <br />STOCKTON CA 95205 <br />70191640000153618554 <br />08/11/2022 Pock 2909. Non BILLABLE TIME (bill time removed since SR is pulled within 1 <br />week of today). Michael Bazley confirmed he is not just a tenant as Jeff Hachman <br />had previously informed me, but the current property owner. He stated when he <br />brought the property from Susan they showed him the well was working. Based <br />on past records, it does not seem the pump had been removed, just that the well <br />had been abandoned. Requested a SR for a consultation to veriify that these <br />wells are one and the same and not 2 separate wells. I will remove previous <br />billable time related to this latest round of NAI if the SR is pull within 1 week; if not, <br />all time billable still holds. Emailed Michael the SR blank form and instructions <br />WONG <br />08/15/2022 Pock 2909. Mike the owner came in and took out a consultation permit WONG <br />SR0085650. He showed the well was put back into service in 2020 by Bob Liebig, <br />but there's no pump permit on record. Will send a letter to Bob Liebig <br />08/16/2022 Pock 2909. Non billed. Went over complaint with both AG and FG as they'll be WONG <br />doing the consultation inspection today. Returned Mike Bezley's call; FG verified <br />it's the same well and it's operating. <br />08/17/2022 Pock 2909. Non billed. Updated Envision. Abated complaint.
