Anival of BGS Builders informed EHD on they <br />had been trying to destroy the two wells without permit. Spoke to AG; he never <br />went out to site but inherited complaint from DA, but had photos of the abandoned <br />wells. Owner Bob of BGS Builders came in today and again confirmed they had <br />pulled out the casings for both wells without permit, and confirmed there are no <br />power/electrical out there. BGS is not a C-57 license holder. Required cease and <br />desist and obtain a permit by a C-57 license holder immediately. Provided a copy <br />of list of contractor to BGS. Spoke to AG if this property is the same as the one I covered WONG <br />for the pump inspection/ repair last week (WP00); AG believes so. Either way, no <br />well demo BGS has not obtained a C-57 to submit a well demo permit for the <br />legally destruction of the 2 wells cited by DA. Asked AG to follow up. Updated <br />info in Envision per Acct since it lacked the billable party until now,. <br />01/12/2022 Highway 99 5028. Bob of BGS contested invoice to SS; told SS billing is legit <br /> <br />WONG <br />because the permit was pulled by Marselles way after 11/4 when I billed him for <br />the time. <br />06/28/2022 Reviewed complaint, the wells have been destroyed 14 January 2022.
