The follow- <br /> ing information shall be obtained monthly: <br /> Constituents <br /> Volume of 6 Total Fe <br /> Date Leachate in Sumps ECxlO Hardness pH HCOI, Cl (Total) CO2 <br /> Leachate volumes contained in collection sumps shall be maintained <br /> below a volume equal to 75 percent of the total liquid storage capac- <br /> ity of the barrier. <br /> Ground Water (Quarterly) <br /> Wells or rest holes shall be provided to monitor the elevation of ground <br /> or perched rater in the. area of the disposal site. These wells or test <br /> holes will )a located under the direction of the Board' s staff.
