CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 73-193 <br /> FOR <br /> FORWARD , INC. <br /> CLASS II-1 SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SITE <br /> AUSTIN ROAD <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> MONITORING <br /> Refuse (Monthly) <br /> Quantity Discharged Minimum <br /> Cubic Yards Type of Material Elevation of Discharge <br /> Month Solid Liquid Discharged (USGS Datum) <br /> Leachate (M2ELti-y-) <br /> Leachate controls shall be installed for the purpose of monitoring <br /> quality and rate of production of leachate from the fill . The follow- <br /> ing information shall be obtained monthly: <br /> Constituents <br /> Volume of 6 Total Fe <br /> Date Leachate in Sumps ECxlO Hardness pH HCOI, Cl (Total) CO2 <br /> Leachate volumes contained in collection sumps shall be maintained <br /> below a volume equal to 75 percent of the total liquid storage capac- <br /> ity of the barrier. <br /> Ground Water (Quarterly) <br /> Wells or rest holes shall be provided to monitor the elevation of ground <br /> or perched rater in the. area of the disposal site. These wells or test <br /> holes will )a located under the direction of the Board' s staff. Upon <br /> completion of the wells or test holes, the following information shall <br /> be obtained quarterly : <br /> Elevation of Constituents <br /> Water in Total Fe <br /> Date Well ECxlO 6 Hardness pH HCO3 Cl (Total) CO2 <br />
