LHR 2850 <br /> Before t o Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of Californiaw p $� <br /> B- <br /> 82-904 {` ,, .i <br /> MOTION: BARBER/WILHOIT d `$ 1982 <br /> UIN LOCAL <br /> HEALTIS DISTRICT <br /> AUSTIN ROAD DUMP SITE <br /> The Board of Supervisors hereby directs the County Counsel <br /> to meet with Mr. John Stovall, Attorney at Law, on behalf of <br /> Forward, Inc . and Mr. Richard Konig, Attorney at Law, on behalf <br /> of the Farm Bureau Federation, for the purpose of receiving in- <br /> formation from Forward, Inc. and the Farm Bureau Federation <br /> regarding the hiring of a consultant by the County to make a <br /> study and report on the operation of Forward, Inc. ' s Austin <br /> Road hazardous waste facility and on the matter of any contamin- <br /> ation of ground and surface water in the area of such facility <br /> by the wastes which are being dumped at the facility. <br /> This Board further directs County Counsel to prepare and <br /> present a recommendation to this Board on the feasibility, scope, <br /> cost and duration of such an independent consultant ' s study for <br /> Board consideration and possible action.
