Under this authority, these specifications were developed to <br /> guide the site operator in determining si,,ch acceptable materials and to ensure <br /> that these determinations are made in a consistent manner.] <br /> I. The following selected materials are approved by the Executive Officer for <br /> discharge in the appropriate location at the Forward, Inc. , Class II-1 <br /> waste disposal site. <br /> [Selection of the "appropriate location" is governed by specifications <br /> I.E.13. , II.B® , III <br /> A. , and III.B. , below®] <br /> A.
