Please submit this plan for <br /> our review before any work is started. <br /> In order to minimize the breaks in the soil liner, we recommend that the <br /> number of soil cores be kept as small as possible. In addition, we request <br /> that selected soil samples be" split with us so that an independent analysis <br /> can be performed.
