1 Federation shall pay the cost thereof. Holes shall be plugged as <br /> 2 soon as possible, but within one week of final drilling. <br /> 3 The plugging of the holes may be performed by Dwight <br /> 4 Baier. If the plugging is performed by Beta Associates, San <br /> 5 Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation will reimburse Forward, Inc. for <br /> 6 the reasonable cost of the plugging done by Beta Associates, if <br /> 7 estimated in advance by Jack McCollough and approved in writing <br /> 8 by Richard W. Konig. <br /> 9 6. San Joaquin Farm BureauFederation will pay the <br /> 10 driller for costs of his preparation for and performance of the <br /> 11 drilling, will pay Brown and Caldwell (sample divider) the cost <br /> 12 of processing and dividing the samples, and will pay for the cost <br /> 13 of plugging drill holes in the manner and to the standards <br /> 14 specified in the immediately preceding paragraph. <br /> 15 7.
