The <br /> burn at night. They say the fires just start. I <br /> think they are set. You go outside at 3:00 in the <br /> morning, not many people are around at that time, and <br /> there ' s a big blaze over there. <br /> The trash situation is terrible down the road. <br /> They bring undesirables into our neighborhood. <br /> They go and hire them at the kronor Farm to try to <br /> police the place now and then and on a windy day like <br /> this , it ' s a disaster out there. <br /> The fields are full of trash, they drop trash, <br /> the road is full of chuckholes, and I don' t think <br /> that there' s a lot of people in Stockton that know <br /> that a lot of their water supply is running under <br /> this dump, and I am as sure as Mike, that this will <br /> be another Love Canal, it' s not if , it' s, when.
