The <br /> tests performed consisted of an Atterberg Limits Test and a <br /> Permeability Test. The results of the Atterberg Limits Test <br /> _ are presented on Plate I . <br /> 4 <br /> The Permeability Test was performed by recompacting the <br /> soil to 90 percent of the maximum dry density as determined <br /> by the AST14 D-1557-70 test procedure at a moisture content <br /> over optimum.
