Although we do not object to the conceptual design for trench #4, final <br /> review by Regional Board staff will be necessary prior to its utilization. <br /> In addition, we request that you send a time schedule to this office by 15 <br /> November 1982 informing us when you plan to complete the remedial work on the <br /> liner for Pond No. 5 and install the additional ground water monitoring wells <br /> that we have agreed upon in our earlier meetings.
