Also along Austin <br /> Road south of the entrance there is no fence. <br /> In referring to the permit #39-0001-78 under <br /> Specific Provisions , it states "The entire perimeter <br /> of the hazardous waste area of the facility shall be <br /> secured by a well maintained stock proof fence capable <br /> of preventing the intrusion; of live stock and of dis- <br /> couraging trespass by unauthorized persons .
