Joaquin County <br /> Local Health District " <br /> 1601 East Hazelton ,Avenue <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> Attn: Mr. Lee Hall <br /> SUBJECT FENCING <br /> Dear Lee ` <br /> The Public Works Department of San Joaquin County <br /> operates or inspects the operations of all landfills <br /> in the County by order of the Board of Supervisors . <br /> While inspecting at the Austin Road Landfill of <br /> Forward Inc. , I noticed that on the south side , there <br /> is a section of fence knocked down. Also along Austin <br /> Road south of the entrance there is no fence. <br /> In referring to the permit #39-0001-78 under <br /> Specific Provisions , it states "The entire perimeter <br /> of the hazardous waste area of the facility shall be <br /> secured by a well maintained stock proof fence capable <br /> of preventing the intrusion; of live stock and of dis- <br /> couraging trespass by unauthorized persons .
